These work for morning sickness!
I had really bad morning sickness and was desperate for a solution. After scouring the internet I came across these bands and thought there's no harm in trying. I even found scientific studies to support their effectiveness. It took me a little while to figure out the correct placement, but once you do- they work! I've been feeling so good I thought maybe something was wrong with my pregnancy. I'd been putting them on as soon as I woke up and wearing them at regular intervals throughout the day. This morning I did a test. I didn't put them on immediately like I usually do and by 6.30am my nauseous had set in. I put them on while I sipped on water and nibbled an apple trying not to be sick, and within minutes I had relief. Worth a try if you're struggling. Best if used more as a "preventative"- eg. put them on in advance at times where you know the nausea is likely to set in.
