1. Place your middle three fingers on the inside of your wrist with the edge of the third finger on the wrist crease.
2. Locate the Nei-Kuan point. The Nei-Kuan acupressure point is located under the edge of your index finger between the two central tendons.
3. Position the button facing downward over the Nei-Kuan point.
4. Repeat the process for the other wrist.

Bands are very small with a “one size fits all” approach - but they made for very small wrists. I had to take off after a little bit as it felt like it was cutting circulation off in my arbs.

These do work but unfortunately the bands only come in one size which is basically a kids size. It feels too tight after wearing for a bit and becomes uncomfortable so I don’t wear them most of the time but if you are super skinny then they might work for you

These have definitely improved the severity of morning (all day) sickness, to a level that is manageable whereas prior to wearing these I was suffering. They won’t take the nausea away completely (nothing will) but it’s absolutely worth giving these ago as I wear them 24/7
